World Heart Day 2019

World Heart Day, 2019, in Lisbon with many initiatives that involved the Portuguese Cardiology Society and Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Lisboa through CCUL

An extraordinary afternoon, spent in front of the Torre de Belém, with exercise, yoga, cardiovascular assessments, nutritional advice; hiking and biking; artistic moments for the young and sharing messages expressed on the large wall “For a Healthy Heart”.

Finally and just as happened in so many countries around the world, we also joined the ILUMINATING THE WORLD RED movement and how beautiful it was!
