ANNUALLY
The New Frontiers Congress in Cardiovascular Medicine, is a mandatory event in the national medical scientific panorama, organized by AIDFM with the scientific supervision of the Department of Heart and Vessels of the Lisbon North University Hospitalar Center (university Hospital of Santa Maria and Pulido Valente Hospital) and the Cardiovascular Center of the University of Lisbon (CCUL).
This Congress aims to promote discussion on new frontiers in the diagnosis and therapy of cardiovascular medicine, particularly in the context of Heart Failure and Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, Cardiovascular Imaging, Intervention and Arrhythmology Cardiology, Coronary Disease, Valvular Diseases, Cardiomyopathy, Heart Surgery and Vascular Surgery.
This meeting is primarily for professionals in the cardiovascular area, however, it is intended, to extend its scope to all professionals whose area of intervention covers cardiovascular diseases, such as internists, intensivists, surgeons, family doctors, nurses and technicians.
